Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since receiving the item, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or an exchange. To be eligible for a return, the items must be unused, in the same condition in which you received them, and in their original packaging. The item must be returned in its original packaging to the address we will provide. Do not return your purchase to our manufacturers.

Order modifications and cancellations

You have 24 hours after the purchase to modify or cancel your order (sale items are excluded from cancellation). After this time, your order will be processed and ready to be shipped. Therefore, no modification or cancellation can be made after 24 hours.

Damaged/missing items

If your order arrives damaged for any reason or contains missing items, we will quickly send you a replacement. Please contact our customer service to report damaged or missing items. If you write to us by email, please include the following information

“My tracking shows that the product was delivered, but I have not received it yet. If we have confirmed with the postal service and the carrier that the product was delivered with a specific date, time, and location, we are not responsible for missing items during delivery.
If our carrier or the postal service cannot confirm that the item was delivered. You must contact us and inform us; we will then make arrangements to send you another product as soon as possible or issue a refund.
If the package was delivered to the same address provided by the recipient, and an incorrect address was inadvertently provided, we cannot be held responsible for this error. But we are always happy to take care of our customers. If this error comes from your side, we will work with you so that you still receive your product at a discounted price! However, this remains at the discretion of our customer service team. Therefore, please check the delivery address when entering your details at checkout. If you think you made an address mistake, contact us immediately so that we can take care of it before processing the order.

Refunds

Once we have received your product(s) in the conditions indicated above and according to the procedures described above, we will promptly process your refund and inform you at that time. The refund will be issued only to the payment method you used for your purchase. Once processed, the payment usually appears in your account within 5 to 10 days, depending on your card issuer’s policy.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you purchased the product as part of a “free shipping” promotion, you will still be required to pay the necessary shipping costs for the product.
